How do I know if I’m pregnant?
Pregnancy symptoms vary depending on each woman, but the most common sign of pregnancy is a missed period. If you are pregnant, you might experience the following symptoms as well: nausea, food aversion, cramping, spotting, tender or swollen breasts, fatigue and mood swings.
If you have had unprotected sex and think you might be pregnant, your first step is to get a pregnancy test. We can provide you with a free on-site pregnancy test. Make your appointment today.
How much will my appointment cost?
All our services at Abundant Life are completely free of charge. We ensure that the women who walk through our doors each day are treated, regardless of financial status. Not only are our services completely free, but you also will not have to show proof of insurance during the time of your appointment. The only thing you will need to bring with you is a photo ID, if possible.
Will anyone find out about my appointment?
Absolutely not! Just like any other medical facility, everything that happens inside our center is completely confidential. The most important thing to us is that you receive the services you need.
Why do I have to get an ultrasound?
Although modern-day pregnancy tests are much more accurate than they used to be, there is still a chance that a pregnancy test can produce false results. The only way to ensure that you are pregnant and see how far along you are is to have an ultrasound.
At Abundant Life, we can provide you with an ultrasound free of charge. Make your appointment today.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
You are welcome to bring anyone with you to your appointment. We want all our patients to feel comfortable at Abundant Life, which is why we allow family members, significant others, friends or any other support system you have to attend your appointment with you.
What if I don’t know what I want to do?
That is okay! An unplanned pregnancy can be scary, but it’s okay not to know your next steps. Our caring and compassionate staff will discuss all your options with you and encourage you to make an informed decision that is best for you.
