Dr. Joe Cloud

Dr. Cloud graduated from the University of Little Rock: BS in Biology/Chemistry in 1977 and University of Arkansas For Medical Sciences; Medical Doctor in 1982, Residency was obtained at UAMS from 1982-1986. Additionally, Dr. Cloud received a Bible College Diploma in 2002. The Clouds have been married 38 years and have 3 sons and daughter in laws and 3 grandchildren. For 28 years, Dr. Cloud served in the River Valley as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist Physician. He also has served as Arkansas State Representative from 2019 to present.
